In October 2001 Sultan Holdings opened the 10 level, 605 car space car park known as “Market Place”. In 2004/05 the car park was expanded by a further 150 car spaces. The car park operates 24 hours a day year-round. The car park is located in the Eastern end of the Hobart CBD and provides parking for the Royal Hobart Hospital, Hobart Private Hospital, early bird commuter parking and short-term parking for shoppers.
